Hello! My name is Eric Braum, I am so excited to be a part of Area Dental and have the opportunity to work alongside so many outstanding health professionals. One of the primary reasons I became interested in dentistry was the opportunity it presents to me to connect with people. I believe that providing exceptional dentistry begins with creating a sense of trust and comfort with all of my patients. I feel very fortunate to be a part of a team that puts patient comfort and well-being above all else and I can’t wait to welcome you to our clinic!
After growing up in Kenosha, Wisconsin I decided to stay close to home, attending Carthage College in Kenosha where I was a member of the men’s basketball team while receiving my bachelor’s degree in Biology. During my senior year of college I had the opportunity to work as a dental assistant, which further solidified my passion and interest in dentistry. I ventured out of Wisconsin into enemy territory (Chicago) to complete my Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree at Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine – Illinois. The exceptional clinical training I received at Midwestern has provided me with the expertise necessary to provide you the best care possible.
Outside of the office, you can find me spending time on the lakes or playing golf in the summer or downhill skiing in the winter. I also love playing cards or board games with my friends and family, specifically Euchre. I am an avid Green Bay Packers fan and I will go to great lengths to make sure I am able to catch the game every Sunday.
